MICAH House offers wrap-around services to those facing homelessness. Clients staying a MICAH House are encouraged to participate in the following:

Meals:  We provide three nutritious meals and two snacks daily to all residents. MICAH House follows the Child and Adult Food Care Program, making sure each meal contains protein, carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables, and dairy.

Basic Needs:  MICAH House will provide bedding, hygiene products, undergarments, and clothing to all residents. In addition, clients have access to free laundry services and over-the-counter medications.

Case / Crisis Management:  MICAH House staff includes one on-site Licensed Social Worker and one Case Manager to help families and individuals begin to address their personal barriers to permanent housing. Our counseling services are aimed to identify the needs of each individual and provide the proper referrals to help them become successful.

Career Closet:  We offer free professional clothing, shoes, and accessories to both clients and the community at large. To book an appointment with our Career Closet, call 712.323.4416

Education:  Adult clients will attend classes led by professional volunteers. Topics include finance, budgeting, employment, and parenting.
